Integrated Master Scheduler (IMS) Support Specialist
to provide critical scheduling support to the government scheduling team overseeing the MyNavy HR IT Solutions acquisition portfolio. This role is a vital part of ensuring program efficiency and adherence to timelines, supporting the delivery of IT solutions that modernize and enhance MyNavy HR operations.

Integrated Master Scheduler (IMS) Support Specialist
Location: Arlington, VA (Hybrid: 2 days/week in-office)
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the government scheduling team to develop, maintain, and manage Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for the MyNavy HR IT Solutions portfolio. Assist in planning, tracking, and forecasting key program milestones to ensure timely delivery of IT acquisition projects. Identify schedule risks and develop mitigation strategies in coordination with stakeholders. Provide regular status updates and detailed schedule analysis to inform decision-making. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between program activities and schedule requirements. Support compliance with DoD acquisition standards and reporting requirements.
Requirements
1+ Years of experience with developing and managing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for IT acquisition programs. Familiarity with scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project or other similar platforms. Understanding of DoD acquisition processes, policies, and lifecycle management. Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment, with a mix of in-office and remote responsibilities.
