The Human Resources Manager at the McMinnville, OR manufacturing plant plays a key role in leadership, developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, safety, and training programs to support company objectives and ensure compliance with regulations. Key Responsibilities
Manage staffing, onboarding, and retention strategies. Oversee safety, workers' compensation, and loss control programs. Maintain employee relations and communication channels. Coordinate compensation and benefits surveys and policies. Represent the company with external agencies and in employment matters. Manage employee training programs including safety and supervisory training. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred. 5-10 years of HR generalist experience. Ability to communicate effectively in English and a second language is essential. Additional Information
