We’re looking for a purpose-driven Product Leader to champion our portfolio of sustainable product solutions, with a focus on recyclable platic compounds. If you’re passionate about advancing the circular economy and have a track record of translating market trends into high-performance, eco-conscious products—this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
Lead product strategy, development, and lifecycle management for our sustainable materials portfolio
Identify, evaluate, and procure recyclable materials suitable for grinding and compounding
Build strong supplier relationships and ensure quality, consistent material availability
Translate customer needs and market trends into scalable product solutions
Partner cross-functionally across engineering, sales, sustainability, and operations teams
Use market insights, ESG frameworks, and data analytics to drive product innovation
Contribute to the company’s ESG strategy and reporting commitments
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Environmental Science, or a related field (MBA or ESG certifications a plus)
3+ years of product management experience in plastics, materials, or chemicals
Deep understanding of ESG principles, circular economy, and sustainability frameworks (LCA, carbon footprint, GRI, SASB, TCFD)
Experience sourcing recyclable materials and managing supply chains
Knowledge of polymer types, recycling processes, and material performance standards
Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and commercial teams
Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, PowerBI, or similar tools
