Ensure inventory accuracy and process integrity within the SAP system by analyzing discrepancies, managing cycle counts, and supporting operational teams. Drive systemic improvements and enhance data quality to support month-end close and strategic inventory management. Analyze and resolve SAP inventory variances, including orders, returns, receipts, and consumption errors, to maintain data accuracy and support monthly closing processes. Coordinate and lead cycle counting activities in both production and warehouse areas, ensuring compliance with internal controls and root-cause analysis of discrepancies. Investigate recurring inventory inaccuracies, identifying contributing materials and systemic issues, and collaborate with operations to implement corrective actions. Generate and maintain inventory control reports, providing actionable insights for warehouse and manufacturing teams. Monitor daily cycle count execution and escalate critical issues impacting production or financial accuracy. Support material traceability efforts by ensuring timely consumption postings on production orders. Serve as liaison between inventory control and operational teams, ensuring alignment on procedures, accuracy targets, and audit readiness. Adhere to safety, quality, and compliance standards, while contributing to cross-functional initiatives as assigned. Other duties as assigned Education / Experience Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associate or Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred. Minimum 3+ year of experience in inventory control, materials management, or a related warehouse function. Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting strongly preferred.
