We’re actively seeking a talented
Learning and Development Specialist
to join our Talent Development team in Newport Beach, CA.
As a Learning and Development Specialist, you’ll move Pacific Life, and your career, forward by managing and facilitating an innovative portfolio of blended learning solutions.
How you’ll help move us forward: Facilitate instructor-led learning experiences including business skills classes, professional and leadership development programs, and enterprise workshops using a variety of training methods and strategies Deliver learning programs both in a virtual and face to face environment as required Work with the People Experience (PX) teams across PL to organize our program delivery schedule Work with the enterprise content team to ensure PL developed course materials, facilitator guides, and reinforcement tools are updated based on delivery feedback Manage small projects including the use of task plans, timelines, and schedules to ensure our programs are delivered in a timely and consistent way across PL Monitor enrollment patterns and workshop survey data to identify actionable follow-up and work with the wider T&D team to continuously improve learning offerings Support Talent Development team members and complete special projects as needed Form and maintain positive relationships with the T&D team and key internal stakeholders across the global PL enterprise Stay current on leading industry learning and development tools and resources
The experience you bring: Strong facilitation experience (2+ years) 4-year degree or equivalent experience Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment Adaptive to change

Base Pay Range: The base pay range noted represents the company’s good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications and geographic location. Also, most employees are eligible for additional incentive pay. $82,800.00 - $101,200.00
