Proficiency in managing, configuring and Troubleshooting Avaya communication system Experience in in enterprise telephony and contact centers and unified systems Experience with Avaya tools : CMS supervisor. Perform regular system analysis and optimizations of existing IVR apps Conduct code reviews and testing and document all project phases Experience in programming language (C# .Net) and DB (sql server/oracle etc.) knowledges in Avaya orchestration and other related technologies. Knowledges of telecom protocols such as SIP Telecom experience is required for this role

Salary Range: $95,000 - $110,000 a Year
