Job: Sr. Project Manager Location: Woburn, MA Full time, Onsite Job Summary: The Senior Project Manager (Sr. PM) is responsible for leading and managing a portfolio of projects and clients—primarily in the healthcare, science & technology, and academic sectors—throughout the Northeast region. This high-visibility leadership role focuses on project execution, client satisfaction, financial performance, and business development. Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Supervision Reports to the PMO Manager and acts as Project Executive on most projects. Oversees and mentors Project Managers; leads multi-disciplinary teams. Collaborates with Business Development, Marketing, Engineering, and other departments. Project Management & Delivery Manages project development, proposals, contracts, and execution strategies. Leads large/strategic projects, ensuring quality and client satisfaction from inception to post-construction. Conducts internal coordination and client meetings; ensures QA/QC standards are met. Financial & Portfolio Management Tracks budgets, labor, and earned value; updates project status regularly. Supports scope change negotiations and contract amendments. Reviews/approves invoices, manages collections, and monitors portfolio performance. Client Engagement Maintains strong client relationships and identifies new opportunities. Leads proposal writing and supports pursuit interviews. Communicates client needs and resolves issues proactively. Technical & Professional Leadership Conducts technical reviews and mentors staff. Supports marketing through blogs, presentations, and published content. Leads internal training sessions and participates in industry events. Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Engineering; PE license required. 10+ years in engineering, 5+ years in project management. Experience in a consulting environment and ERP systems. Strong knowledge of MEP/FP systems and construction codes. Proven success managing complex client/project portfolios.
