Cardiology Nurse Practitioner - Post-Acute Care – Brooklyn, NY
Opportunity Highlights
Full-time weekday position (Monday–Friday)
Provide cardiology consults in skilled nursing facilities

Candidate Requirements
Current New York NP license and DEA
Minimum 2 years of cardiology or post-acute care experience preferred
Interest in geriatrics and chronic disease management
Must be comfortable working independently in a post-acute setting
Compensation & Benefits
Estimated annual earnings: $153,802–$157,000+ (no cap on productivity)
