Provider's Role with the Company :
- Monday-Friday position, rotating Saturday once or twice/month
- Very light, overnight call every 3 months
- Nurse Practitioner will see pediatric patients in an outpatient setting
Background Profile:
- Family Nurse Practitioner / FNP , Pediatric Nurse Practitioner / PNP , or Physician Assistant / PA
- License and Board Certification in state of NY or pending
