Job Responsibilities
Responsible for coding and testing customized analytical models of medium to high complexity.
Implement best practices when writing and testing code.
Familiar with the data science project lifecycle and extensive experience with Python.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, operational Elasticsearch knowledge, and ability to construct GUI interfaces.
Gather, interpret, and manipulate structured and unstructured data to enable analytical solutions.
Select appropriate modeling techniques considering data limitations, application, and business needs.
Develop models using Regression, Decision Trees, Bayesian Networks, Random Forest, Logistic Regression, SVM, Gradient Boosting, Clustering, and Dimensionality Reduction algorithms.
Build and implement Time Series and forecasting models.
Experience in Deep Learning model development using TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch.
Hands-on experience in building ML workflows.
Implement, govern, and monitor models.
Perform code development for complex analytic algorithms, breaking down functionality into modules.
Work experience in Python, R, and SQL.
Experience with Python data science packages such as NumPy, SciPy, and scikit-learn.
Nice to Have
Fluent with NLP and text analytics libraries (NLTK, SpaCy).
Experience with Data Science Platforms (Dataiku, H2O, Azure).
Experience with version control systems (Subversion/SVN, Git, GitHub, GitLab, Mercurial).
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Knowledge of Big Data technologies (Hadoop, HIVE/HQL, HDFS, Spark/PySpark, Kafka).
Familiarity with working in an Agile environment.
