Position Description
The Family Medicine group at Penn Medicine Valley Forge is seeking a full-time Physician to join their team in caring for patients ages 5 and older in the ambulatory setting. The provider group presently consists of 6 Physicians and 2 CRNPs. The family practice is housed in a 90,000 square-foot outpatient medical center located in Berwyn, PA, about 45 minutes west of Philadelphia. The following Penn specialty services are also conveniently offered on site: Cardiology, Endocrinology, Infusion Services, Neurology, Ob/Gyn, Orthopedics, Pain Medicine, Pulmonary, Rheumatology, Sports Medicine, outpatient lab, and Radiology. The facility also houses the Abramson Cancer Center at Valley Forge, which brings the expertise and prominence of one of the nation's leading cancer centers to Chester County.
The practice utilizes the Epic EMR, which is universal throughout Penn Medicine. Penn Primary Care Physicians have the opportunity to teach medical students from the Perelman School of Medicine.
Minimum Requirements
Candidates must be board certified/eligible in Family Medicine. Current state and DEA licensure a plus.
