Customer Experience Coordinator
who will serve as the face of our brand for high-profile clients and executive guests visiting our campus. This role is a unique blend of executive support, hospitality, and event coordination — ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-centric environment and takes pride in creating memorable first impressions. What You’ll Do: Serve as a key point of contact for executive-level clients and stakeholders during onsite visits Coordinate end-to-end meeting logistics, including room bookings, signage, Zoom setup, and catering Greet, register, and escort VIP guests, ensuring a smooth and polished arrival experience Manage executive calendars and provide high-level administrative backup Prepare and distribute customized swag and gift bags to enhance the customer experience What You Bring: 3+ years of experience in executive support, customer experience, event coordination, or hospitality High level of professionalism and comfort engaging with executive-level stakeholders Strong time management and multitasking abilities Proficient in G Docs, MS Office Suite, and Outlook scheduling Excellent written and verbal communication skills Resourceful and detail-oriented, with a “can-do” attitude Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion **Apply right away for consideration** Dexian is a leading provider of staffing, IT, and workforce solutions with over 12,000 employees and 70 locations worldwide.
