***+From the hiring manager*** - Standout candidates will be those who canfill the React architectural blind spot, drive cohesive full-stack solutions, and operate autonomously in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Have strong familiarity with backend .Net technologies and experience with modern cloud infrastructure is essential.Will be leading a team of roughly 8 in a hands-on capacity so must have experience leading a team, must be a great communicator able to work in a fast-paced environment,
Keys to the position

• 12-15+ years of experience in full-stack software engineering with a leaning towards frontend/UI developmentFullstack split - 80% on the Front End (React) & 20% Back End with .Net stack
• MUST have experiece Leading teams.
• Hands on experience withmicrofrontends, module federation, or decoupled UI patterns
• Strong demonstrated architectural leadership and hands event-driven design/architecture experience.
• Hands on cloud experience (AWS preferred, Azure/GCP is ok), experience with Kubernetes/containerization(or similar) as well as Kaftka and/or Redpanda.
• The real priority is finding someone withdeep architectural expertise in Reactwho canplan, decompose, and lead full-stack system design—not just build UIs. The team has a significant gap in front-end technical leadership and needs a candidate who understands REST API design, backend integration, containerization, and performance optimization well enough to guide and mentor an 8-person team with minimal oversight, since current Principals are stretched thin.
• Will be leading a team of roughly 8 in a hands-on capacity so must have experience leading a team, must be a great communicator able to work in a fast-paced environment, interact with Product, QA, DevOps and DataOps, someone who is proactive and open to and experienced with modern tooling and technologies. Someone that can help drive taking the team to the next level.
