Responsibilities may include: Act as a technical solution thought leader for supply chain resilience and risk management solutions in support of business growth efforts. Act as the lead subject matter expert for supply chain resilience and risk management in support of business development and capture efforts. Shape and qualify opportunities, collaborate with BD and capture teams, and support the development of winning proposals and oral presentations. Build and maintain executive relationships with government stakeholders to understand mission needs and position differentiated solutions. Identify and shape white space opportunities through insight-driven client engagement, including targeted outreach, thought leadership, and industry forums. Define and drive go-to-market strategies for supply chain risk and resilience services, aligning with broader practice and enterprise growth goals. Develop reusable solution frameworks, offerings, and marketing collateral that emphasize digital enablement, predictive analytics, and integrated risk management. Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., digital innovation, cyber, logistics, data science) to co-develop and launch new offerings. Monitor market trends and government priorities to anticipate demand and tailor GTM approaches accordingly. Lead solution design for client engagements that leverage modern technologies such as digital twins, AI/ML for demand forecasting, risk sensing, network modeling, and supply chain control towers. Assess technology platforms and tools that enhance visibility, traceability, and decision-making in federal supply chains. Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 10+ years’ experience in developing and applying Supply Chain Resilience and Risk Management solutions Proven repeated
success in delivering technology-driven SCRM solutions within
commercial
and government markets. Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, supply chain management, logistics, or related discipline Deep understanding of digital technologies in the supply chain domain (e.g., cloud-based SCM platforms, IoT, predictive analytics) Proven track record of leading GTM efforts, proposal development, and sales pipeline growth Familiarity with federal acquisition and policy environments, including compliance mandates and resilience initiatives Excellent communication and client engagement skills; able to translate complex concepts into actionable business strategies Self-directed, detail oriented in completing assigned tasks, able to adapt to changing work efforts and manage impact of shifting priorities This position requires an active security clearance at the Secret level DESIRED SKILLS Master’s degree (Supply Chain Management or Logistics preferred) Certified Project Management Professional
