Stantec Government Services (GS) is seeking a creative and resourceful On-site Data Analyst to support Range Management and other mission-related functions at the Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center (MCAGCC) located in Twentynine Palms, CA. Stantec GS is a professional infrastructure and environmental services company, with expertise in the planning and implementation of encroachment control and mitigation efforts at military installations and associated operational equities throughout the United States. Your Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will have experience with business process analysis, database design, content management, process automation, data analytics, streamlining of information exchange, and other related improvements. The position will require design input, implementation, and management of business process improvements that leverage Microsoft Office 365 and content management service cloud environments and utilize Microsoft's PowerBI and other data source connector applications to improve data access, integration, visualization, decision support and management. This position will be full-time on-site at MCAGCC Twentynine Palms, CA. "

Your Capabilities and Credentials
Excellent organizational skills, multi-tasking capabilities, and attention to detail
Strong technical writing, analytical, and oral communication skills
Ability to relate decision points in a business process to the insights and data necessary to guide the process
Experience with Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint and PowerBI
Ability to handle multiple tasks and shifting priorities
Ability to manage time effectively and meet firm deadlines
Working knowledge of military operations and codes of conduct
Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
Ability and commitment to work collaboratively with all groups, including staff, management, clients, and other stakeholders
Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
Must possess valid driver's license with good driving record Preferred
Strong understanding of SQL and relational databases
Understanding of geographic information system (GIS) data management principles and spatial integration within databases (geodatabases)
Proficiency in Microsoft office and Adobe Acrobat
Experience and ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in database design/management, computer science, information technology or related field
Minimum 3 years' experience

Pay Range:
- Locations in VT, & Various CA, NY Areas - Min Salary $ 69,600.00 - Max Salary $ 100,900.00
