What you'll do at Crew:
Bring a storytelling lens to data, helping our team understand what's happening, why it matters, and what action to take. Own and evolve our BI tools (primarily Sisense), making it simple, engaging, and intuitive. Analyze performance and operational data to uncover trends, gaps, and opportunities, delivering clear and prescriptive recommendations. Regularly collaborate cross-functionally to support company initiatives. Meet regularly with data users to gather feedback, drive continuous improvement, and promote data literacy across the organization. Design and automate dashboards and alerts with a "less is more" approach, making key metrics easy to access and act on. Automate recurring reports and develop alerting systems to proactively notify teams of key shifts, anomalies, and opportunities. Explore and test emerging tools, including AI-powered analytics and conversational solutions. Present findings in a clear, actionable, and engaging way. Balance multiple priorities effectively and communicate trade-offs clearly to align stakeholders and manage expectations. Crew's Requirements:
5+ years of experience in a Data Analyst, BI Visualization or similar Strong hands-on experience with Sisense, SQL, and Snowflake (or similar platforms) Skilled in data visualization and dashboard design, especially for non-technical end users Experience turning data into clear, actionable insights (not just charts and tables) Curious mindset that asks why, challenges assumptions, and looks for better ways Excellent time and priority management; able to push back and set boundaries when needed Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable presenting to senior leaders and field teams alike Excited about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn, test, and adapt Familiarity with tools like ServiceNow, Coupa, Dayforce, SiteWatch POS, and Rinsed CRM is a plus Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Data Analytics, Statistics, Business, Computer Science, etc.)
