Senior IBM Maximo Consultant Integration & Configuration Specialist
Location :
Austin TX (Remote but preference for onsite 2-3 / week in the beginning) Employment Type : Contract Position Overview : We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IBM Maximo Consultant with expertise in Maximo Mobile and Service Provider modules, and experience in integrating Maximo with Oracle PeopleSoft. This role involves configuring, customizing, and integrating Maximo to support enterprise asset management and service delivery processes. Key Responsibilities : Lead configuration and deployment of IBM Maximo Mobile and Service Provider modules. Design and implement integrations between IBM Maximo and Oracle PeopleSoft. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop technical solutions. Customize Maximo workflows, business rules, and UI components. Provide technical leadership on Maximo best practices and architecture. Troubleshoot and resolve Maximo functionality and integration issues. Document configurations, integration designs, and support procedures. Support testing, training, and deployment activities. Required Qualifications : 7+ years of experience with IBM Maximo, including Mobile and Service Provider modules. Strong skills in Maximo configuration, scripting, and workflows. Experience integrating Maximo with Oracle PeopleSoft or similar ERP systems. Proficiency in Java, SQL, and web services (REST / SOAP). Experience with Maximo Application Suite (MAS) is a plus. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills. Ability to work independently and lead technical initiatives. Preferred Qualifications : IBM Maximo certifications. Experience in utilities, manufacturing, or public sectors. Familiarity with middleware platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, IBM Integration Bus).
