Talent and financial tracking
Implementation planning and project management
Drive process improvements to enhance design efficiency and scalability
Maintain and continuously enhance OE tools, templates, and methodologies
Strategic Workforce Planning Support the development of a global workforce planning discipline
Help maintain and evolve the workforce planning process to align with business needs
HR Data & Analytics Deliver quarterly workforce KPIs to HRBPs and business leaders
Provide insights and deep-dive analytics on key workforce trends and improvement areas
Incorporate external market benchmarks to inform decision-making
Support ad hoc HR analytics needs with accuracy and relevance
Identify opportunities to automate dashboards and improve reporting processes
What You Bring Required Experience Expertise in HR data & analytics
Hands-on experience with organization design
Exposure to strategic workforce planning
Preferred Experience HR Business Partnering or Talent Management
Management consulting background
Experience in a large, global, and complex organization
Key Skills Strong analytical mindset with ability to extract insights from data
Clear and compelling written and verbal communication
Confidence engaging and influencing senior stakeholders
Project management and organizational skills
High integrity in handling confidential information
Familiarity with Workday or similar HRIS platforms
Intellectual curiosity and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach
Willingness to challenge assumptions and drive continuous improvement
Exceptional attention to detail
