Hybris (e-commerce) Technical Business Analyst - (Dallas, TX) - 1705
Location: Monday - Friday - Onsite in Dallas, TX Relocation: Offered Employment Type: Direct Hire - Full-Time Employment Salary Range: $120K - $140K + bonus Residency Requirements: US Citizens and all other parties authorized to work in the US are encouraged to apply.
Top Must-Have Skills (Non-Negotiables) SAP Hybris experience (This is critical . Most current candidates are missing this.) E-commerce domain knowledge (Minimum 5 years experience in e-commerce) Requirement gathering & stakeholder management Creating user stories, epics, features (Agile experience) Functional UAT (User Acceptance Testing) Workshop facilitation (must be comfortable leading sessions with business teams) Architecting/designing solutions (roughly 25% of role — techno-functional skill set needed.
Nice-to-Have / Strong Pluses SAP SD experience (especially in pricing/availability + integration with Hybris) Previous work with SAP Commerce Cloud or plans to migrate to it Experience writing functional spec documents Experience working with external vendors/integration partners Comfort in high-collaboration roles (marketing, digital, IT, product owners)
The Senior Ecommerce Technical Business Systems Analyst will work cross-functionally with the manager, members of IT, and eCommerce & Marketing business teams to create a culture of high-quality execution. This role will serve as the principal technical resource and business partner for the SAP Commerce B2B and B2C eCommerce portal effort and its implementation and enhancement to ensure that the company is properly positioned for future growth.
This person will be the liaison between the stakeholders and the development team. You will work on business requirements and review what updates and solutions can be provided for the ecommerce platform and convey this information in a technical manner to the development and Architecture team.
