Your Role And Responsibilities
Serve as the functional lead for Endur-related workstreams within large-scale energy trading transformation projects. Engage stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into actionable Endur or other ETRM designs and configurations. Provide thought leadership across the full trade lifecycle: deal capture, risk management, confirmations, scheduling, settlements, credit, and reporting. Interface with technical and data teams to support integration, workflow automation, and real-time analytics enablement. Leverage exposure to other ETRM platforms (e.g., RightAngle, Allegro, TriplePoint, Amphora, Orchestrade, Enuit, Molecule, etc.) to compare features, guide migration, or ensure cross-platform integration. Partner with IBM AI and data science teams to identify and drive use cases that improve or transform ETRM workflows. Lead and contribute to the development of comprehensive test strategies, test scripts, and execution plans across multiple Endur ETRM implementations. Ensure thorough functional, integration and regression testing of new features, configurations, and interfaces, driving defect resolution. Support QA/UAT, training, and go-live readiness with a focus on change adoption and business value delivery. Contribute to proposal development, solution architecture reviews, and internal capability building within IBM’s ETRM practice. This Job can be Performed from anywhere in the US.

Master's Degree
Required Technical And Professional Expertise
8+ years of progressive experience in energy trading and risk management, with at least 5 years of hands-on Openlink Endur v16 or higher (preferably v20+) or other similar ETRM experience (e.g. RightAngle, Allegro, TriplePoint, Amphora, Orchestrade, Enuit, Molecule, etc). Minimum of three (3) Endur or other ETRM implementations and/or upgrades as a Business Analyst or Test resource in related functional areas In-depth knowledge of Endur modules including Trading Manager, Credit Limit Manager, Risk Limit Manager, Risk Analytics, and Settlement Desktop. Strong understanding of commodity trading processes across gas, power, oil, LNG, or renewables. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with both business and technical resources describing Openlink Endur or other ETRM functionality, outlining test cases and issues. Demonstrated experience in test planning, development, and execution for multiple full-cycle Endur or other ETRM implementations. Experience with or exposure to other ETRM platforms (e.g., RightAngle, Allegro, TriplePoint, Amphora, Orchestrade, Enuit, Molecule, etc.). Functional understanding of AI/ML applications in trading or risk domains. Strong technical knowledge of Openlink Endur or similar ETRM architecture and data model including troubleshooting experience across functional areas and modules mentioned earlier. Strong data analysis and SQL skills; experience with scripting (JVS/AVS) is a plus. Proven experience working in Agile and hybrid project environments. Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation skills in client-facing settings.
