We are looking for an experienced CCNP certified Network Engineer to join our team in Lafayette, Louisiana. This role involves managing and optimizing network infrastructure to ensure seamless communication and security across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise-level networking and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions. Responsibilities: Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Cisco routers and networking equipment to ensure optimal performance. Implement and manage Palo Alto firewalls to enhance network security. Administer and update Cisco ASA systems to safeguard organizational assets. Monitor and optimize Border Gateway Protocol (BGP) configurations for efficient data routing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support and improve network infrastructure. Conduct regular network assessments to identify vulnerabilities and implement corrective measures. Develop and document network procedures and policies for operational consistency. Provide technical support for network-related issues and ensure timely resolution. Stay current with advancements in networking technologies to recommend upgrades and improvements. Requirements: Minimum of five years' experience as a Network Engineer in an enterprise environment. Proficiency in configuring and managing Cisco routers and networking solutions. Hands-on experience with Palo Alto firewalls and Cisco ASA systems. In-depth knowledge of Border Gateway Protocol (BGP) and its applications. Cisco CCNA certification is required; CCIE certification is a strong advantage. Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex network issues. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
