Job Summary
We seek a highly skilled Software Engineer to design, develop, and enhance complex software systems, including high-performance analytics, large-scale data processing, real-time applications, and business management systems. You will apply advanced methodologies, resolve technical challenges, and ensure software meets performance and functional standards.
Primary Responsibilities
- Analyze user requirements to design, develop, and optimize software solutions
- Debug, enhance, and resolve issues in software applications to improve efficiency
- Develop and implement algorithms to optimize system performance and functionality
- Design and implement efficient database queries and repository solutions
- Develop and execute test procedures to validate software functionality and performance
- Enhance software documentation and improve development processes with strategic recommendations
- Lead and collaborate on software projects to drive innovation
Basic Qualifications
- Twenty (20) years of experience as a Software Engineer in programs of similar scope, type, and complexity
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university
- Alternatively, four (4) years of additional Software Engineering experience on similar projects can substitute for a bachelor’s degree
- Experience with Java development
- Clearance Required: Must have an active TS/SCI with Polygraph
Preferred Qualifications
- C++, JBoss, AWS Certification, Git, Linux, Jira, Confluence, Eclipse
- Experience with stream-based processing frameworks, Oracle, SQL, NoSQL databases
- Agile Scrum experience
- Knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, React or similar libraries (Vue, Angular)
- Experience with automated testing technologies, JMS, REST APIs, and WebSockets

Pay Range: $148,850.00 - $269,075.00
