Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality control procedures for electrical systems and components.
- Analyze manufacturing processes for compliance with quality standards for PC board manufacturing and assembly.
- Assist in the design, troubleshooting, and calibration of product testing equipment.
- Lead Root Cause Analysis and continuous improvement activities while training QA personnel on troubleshooting techniques.
- Utilize Quality Management System tools and apply continuous improvement methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma.
- Collaborate and lead projects focused on continuous improvement initiatives.
Education & Experience Requirements
Engineer I: Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering; 0+ years of relevant experience.
Engineer II: Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering; 3+ years of relevant experience.
Engineer III: Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering; 5+ years of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with electrical testing methodologies, including data capture and calibration of test equipment.
- Experience with Printed Circuit Board (PCB) manufacturing processes, particularly Surface Mount Technology (SMT) and power electronics.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting electronics and electrical equipment.
