CreditSights is seeking to hire a Leveraged Finance Product Strategist to lead the long term growth strategy for CreditSights in the Leveraged Finance, Loans and Private Credit Space. Reporting into the Head of CreditSights, the Strategist will be responsible for owning the value proposition, defining strategy, assessing and confirming customer demand and converting client need into product deliverables via structured business cases, demonstrating profitable ROI. How You’ll Make an Impact: Product Lifecycle Management:
Oversee the entire product lifecycle for leveraged finance solutions, from ideation to launch and ongoing management, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals. Customer Engagement:
Develop a deep understanding of leveraged finance clients, including asset managers, hedge funds, and institutional investors. Maintain close interaction with customers and internal stakeholders to gather insights on workflows, requirements, and product performance. Market & Competitive Analysis:
Conduct comprehensive analysis of the leveraged finance market. Identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats to guide product strategy and ensure our offerings are differentiated and relevant. Roadmap Development:
Define and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap, prioritizing customer workflows and feedback. Ensure business objectives are translated into actionable initiatives and product features. Go-to-Market Execution:
Partner with Commercial, Marketing, and Product teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies that drive adoption, cross-sell, and client satisfaction. Continuous Improvement:
Implement feedback loops to refine offerings based on user input and evolving market demands. Utilize data and success metrics to optimize product performance. You May Be a Good Fit if You Have: Proven experience in product management or strategy, preferably within leveraged finance, credit markets, or financial services. Deep understanding of leveraged finance workflows and client needs. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. The expected base pay range is $225,000 to $275,000 per year. Actual salaries will be determined on an individualized basis and may vary based on factors including but not limited to education, training, experience, past performance, and other job-related factors. Base pay is one part of Fitch’s total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, long-term incentives, and other benefits sponsored by Fitch.
