The Senior Indirect Procurement Manager reports to the Director, Indirect Procurement. This role manages strategy for specific categories of indirect spend and oversees day-to-day operations related to the company’s indirect supplier base. It offers a critical opportunity to influence corporate strategy in key indirect spend areas. Responsibilities
Manage procurement across all Technology indirect spend categories. Identify value-creating opportunities to achieve cost savings, perform cost/price analysis, and negotiate with suppliers. Execute strategic sourcing for key indirect categories. Lead an Indirect Procurement Analyst team. Gather cross-functional requirements, research markets, and identify potential suppliers. Prepare and administer RFP/RFQ processes, assess proposals for compliance and strategic fit. Secure cross-functional buy-in for suppliers and guide contracts through review processes. Negotiate and finalize commercial contracts. Collaborate with suppliers and stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently. Establish and monitor procurement KPIs. Lead complex sourcing projects and negotiations. Contribute to annual budgeting to reduce spending where possible. Candidate Profile
Minimum 8 years of procurement experience with at least 4 years in a leadership role. BA/BS in business, supply chain, finance, or related; MBA preferred. Experience with ERP systems required; SAP preferred. Strong understanding of contracts and negotiation strategies. Proficiency with e-procurement tools. Additional Information
