Position: Senior Business Solutions Analyst Location: Santa Clara, California Duration: Contract Job ID: 168967 Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Solutions Analyst to join our team in Santa Clara, California. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in extending existing solutions and building new ones on our licensing platform to support New Product Introductions (NPI) and cross-functional teams. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate across various teams to deliver robust solutions that align with product requirements and organizational standards. Responsibilities: Extend existing solutions and build new solutions on the licensing platform to enable New Product Introductions and support cross-functional teams. Collaborate with NPI, IT architecture, licensing engineering, and other teams to develop solutions that meet product requirements and align with platform standards. Own the delivery and quality of product specifications, including requirements, project epics, and user stories. Manage product backlogs to drive continuous improvements and enhance product capabilities and features, providing clearly defined acceptance criteria. Work with product managers from cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and adherence to specifications. Act as a bridge among business, R&D, IT architecture, engineering, and quality assurance teams to ensure seamless product development. Review QA test plans, ensure comprehensive test coverage, and collaborate with QA and development teams for timely issue resolution. Validate builds against defined acceptance criteria. Serve as a domain expert and go-to leader within the organization. Analyze case trends and engineering escalations to identify patterns, prioritize fixes, and influence the product backlog. Qualifications: 8+ years of experience in business solution analysis or product management in technology or IT, with experience in SaaS or subscription-based businesses. Experience with entitlement management systems, subscription lifecycle management, usage tracking, billing models, and integration with CRM, ERP, and billing systems. Strong technical background with knowledge of software development, databases, SQL, cloud platforms, programming languages, and Microservices. Experience building products that leverage AI for natural language querying (NLQ), data quality and governance, automated insights, and diagnostics. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate requirements, solutions, and progress to diverse audiences. Proven ability to influence stakeholders effectively. Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies, with experience leading sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives. Pay Range: $85 - $88 The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
