About this role
Aerros is maintenance planning software for the aviation industry, focused on making it easy to build, analyze, and improve maintenance plans. At the core of our product is an in-house developed calendar engine and workflows for creating and editing schedules.
As a Product Designer at Aerostrat, you will transform complex workflows into simple, understandable experiences. You should have experience designing B2B SaaS platforms with a focus on simplicity. You will collaborate with stakeholders to build mockups and prototypes, and work with engineers to bring your designs to life. You should be familiar with building UI component libraries and have enough web development experience to understand technical feasibility, enabling you to create beautiful, functional designs from scratch.
In this role, you will...
Learn about aviation maintenance planning through our onboarding process.
Contribute to product strategy and decision-making.
Design user-centric experiences for the Aerros platform.
Map out and improve existing workflows in Aerros.
Collaborate with teams to develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
Create a universal design language and UI component library.
Assist in analyzing and improving quantitative decision-making.
Engage with customers to understand their needs and gather feedback.
This role is great for you if...
You have 3+ years of experience with B2B SaaS platforms.
You understand design systems and how features fit into the overall product.
You have a strong portfolio in user research, interaction, and visual design.
You enjoy simplifying complex workflows.
You are comfortable being the lead product designer in a lean team.
You are proficient in building wireframes, mockups, and prototypes in Figma.
You have experience designing assets with Adobe Suite or similar tools.
You understand usability principles and have experience with UX research.
You communicate effectively and have a positive attitude, especially in remote settings.

Salary ranges from $85,000 to $145,000 annually, depending on experience and level:
Product Designer I: $85k-$100k
Product Designer II: $95k-$120k
Senior Product Designer: $115k-$145k
