This position is based in San Diego, CA, and is an 8-month contract with 40 hours per week, primarily onsite with some remote options for the right candidate. The role reports to the Director of Product Lifecycle Management and involves managing enterprise-level PLM processes within the Medication Management Solutions business. Key Responsibilities Manage all aspects of the product lifecycle, focusing on data systems, business intelligence reporting, and analytics, ensuring integration with manufacturing, compliance, security, and supply chain management. Coordinate projects related to product lifecycle management to optimize solution value and customer experience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize projects, report on progress, and conduct program reviews. Implement best practices for PLM functionality aligned with systems engineering, product management, and supply chain strategies. Communicate effectively across multidisciplinary teams to support product sustaining and retirement processes. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in STEM, healthcare, information management, or data science. At least 5 years of experience in healthcare or product/project management. Proficiency in data systems and analytics software such as Microsoft Excel, Tableau, PowerBI, QlikView, Alteryx, SAP, SFDC. Experience in program or product management within a regulated environment. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. Personal qualities include being dynamic, detail-oriented, a critical thinker, self-motivated, and customer-focused. Preferred Qualifications 3+ years in a PLM role or managing PLM projects. Experience managing third-party hardware and software from inception to end-of-life. Experience bringing products to market and managing their lifecycle, including end-of-life processes.
