Practice Setting:
* 10 bed hospital based GI procedure suite with access to local Ambulatory Surgery Center * Outpatient 8 am - 4:30 pm * Hospitalists take 40 weeks of call, remaining 12 weeks are split with the rest of the team * 7 Inpatient APPs, 5 Outpatient APPs * Magnet Designation Hospital, 489-bed facility, Level I Trauma Center * System-wide EPIC EMR
Compensation:
* Base guarantee salary is $700,000 - Doesn't reduce after first 2 years * $50,000 Sign-on * Current team earns between $750k - $1Mil+
Surrounding Area:
* 5th Largest Combined Statistical Area in IL * Internal Medicine Residency in hospital * D1 University town - Second-largest international population in the country * Stellar school system * One of the best Farmer's Markets in IL
