Back Manufacturing Production Worker

We are hiring immediately for Manufacturing Production Workers to join our growing team at Vitro Automotive Glass in Crestline, OH. Manufacturing Production Worker Benefits:

• Wage Increase After 90 days: $18.85
• Required PPE including shoes (provided)
• Paid Holidays and Vacation
• Shift differential for 2nd shift (.25), 3rd shift (.30), 12hr Nights (.50)

Schedule: 12-hour shifts (2-2-3)

Shift availability: Day Shift 7am-7pm Night Shift 7pm-7am

Manufacturing Production Worker Typical Jobs:

• Inspecting & Packing
• Forklift Operator
• Machine Operator

Manufacturing Production Worker Physical Demands:

• For this position, it is required to be able to lift up to 40 pounds.
• There can be repetitive use of hands required with simple grasping and pushing and pulling up to 40 pounds.
• In addition, this position requires the following abilities: standing, walking, lifting, reaching above shoulders, bending, and twisting.

Manufacturing Production Worker Essential Requirements:

• Ability to work the following: 12 Hour days, Some Holidays, Weekends and Overtime as needed.
• Good attendance is important to our team at Vitro. We are looking for candidates who demonstrate a history of good attendance and who welcome overtime.

Manufacturing Production Worker Qualifications:

• Education: High School diploma or GED preferred
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Able to work fast and efficient and willing to work overtime.
• Understanding of basic math, reading, and writing skills
• Ability to effectively communicate.
• Experience: Manufacturing: 1 year (Preferred)
