The Part-Time Colleague Experience Coordinator

The pay rate for this position is $20.00-$23.00 hourly. This is the pay rate for this position that The Grand Hyatt Indian Wells reasonably expects to pay. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on a number of factors, such as experience and education.
Key Responsibilities:
Champion a warm and helpful presence in the HR office, serving as a first point of contact for colleagues and providing support with a people-first mindset.
Execute and support colleague-focused initiatives such as recognition programs, milestone celebrations, seasonal campaigns, and engagement events.
Maintain a polished, inviting HR office environment that reflects the company's commitment to excellence and care.
Assist with daily HR operations, including document scanning, data entry, digital filing, and scheduling.
Keep internal communication channels vibrant and up to date, including bulletin boards, digital signage, and internal announcements that keep colleagues informed and inspired.
Support the planning and smooth execution of colleague events, learning sessions, and HR-led gatherings, contributing creative input and hands-on logistics help.
Provide administrative assistance for key HR processes such as onboarding, internal communications, and calendar coordination.
Ensure all touchpoints with HR services feel approachable, efficient, and aligned with a high standard of colleague care.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in administrative support, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a genuine enthusiasm for supporting others.
Detail-oriented and trustworthy in handling confidential information.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with digital signage or communication platforms is a plus.
