As a vital part of our team, your impactful journey includes: Assisting the Director of Therapy Operations in managing daily therapy team operations, including scheduling, orientation, training, and coordinating communication with occupational therapy staff and other hospital departments. Providing direct care to patients while fostering rewarding relationships by understanding and addressing their physical, mental, and emotional needs for effective recovery. Celebrating patient victories every step of the way. Qualifications
To excel in this role, you will need: Current licensure or certification as required by state regulations. CPR certification (or obtained within 30 days of hire). A Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited therapy program. A minimum of three years’ experience in occupational therapy or a leadership role, including at least two years of clinical experience. Active participation in the Therapy Clinical Ladder (when eligible) or possession of specialty professional certifications is preferred. The Encompass Health Way
