This position is contingent upon funding. If the position is authorized, it will start in early 2026. The program manager will oversee a contract supporting outreach and engagement and information technology services for the Military Community and Family Policy (MC & FP) Outreach and Digital Enterprise program. The MC&FP program serves as the driver of policy development, coordination, and delivery of a broad range of quality-of-life programs within the Department of Defense, aiming to help service members, their families, and survivors navigate military life and thrive. The user base consisted of approximately 5 million participants, including active duty members, members of the reserve services, retirees, and eligible family members. The PM will oversee all aspects of the program from management planning, monitoring, and reporting to overseeing outreach and engagement services, and information technology, cybersecurity, and data operations enterprise services. Qualification Requirements A minimum of a bachelor's degree in business, management or other field related to the requirement. Current Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or a Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification. Minimum of a favorably adjudicated Tier 3 investigation. Desirable Qualifications A minimum of seven years of experience managing military community support programs. A minimum of five years of experience in leading large teams in the delivery of user-centered digital solutions and support to varied end-users within the military or Government sectors.
