Director, Technology and Cyber Risk Management A leading global financial institution is seeking a highly experienced IT and Cybersecurity Program Manager to join its team. This role requires deep subject matter expertise in IT strategy, cybersecurity frameworks, and complex program execution. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in large-scale enterprise IT environments and regulatory-driven cyber initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Lead and oversee large-scale IT and Cybersecurity programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory expectations. Collaborate cross-functionally with technology, risk, compliance, and business units to define program scope, milestones, and deliverables. Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO, FFIEC) and regulatory guidance (e.g., NYDFS, OCC, Fed). Drive the execution of cyber maturity assessments, control remediation efforts, and IT risk reduction strategies. Develop and maintain program plans, KPIs, status reporting, and executive-level dashboards to ensure transparency and accountability. Facilitate risk-based decision-making and escalate issues as needed to ensure delivery within scope, timeline, and budget. Mentor junior project managers and analysts to build internal capabilities and foster knowledge-sharing across teams.
