Base pay range $58.00/hr - $67.00/hr We are seeking an experienced IT Program Manager to lead SAP GTS migration projects and manage cross-functional teams. This role focuses on defining project charters, governance structures, and detailed project plans . The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP GTS implementations , project management, and leadership skills for conducting executive meetings and managing project milestones. Key Responsibilities Lead SAP GTS migration projects, including planning, execution, and delivery. Define project charters, governance structures, and detailed project plans. Conduct scoping, planning, and design workshops engaging business and cross-functional teams. Organize cross-functional activities and ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget. Communicate effectively with executive leadership and stakeholders on project status, risks, and action plans. Adapt to change requirements while managing project timelines and budget constraints. Lead projects through the scoping, design, build, test, and production cutover phases. Implement PMI or advanced project methodologies for streamlined execution. Manage risk assessments, issue resolution, and performance metrics. Oversee project financials, scheduling, and resource allocation. Must-Have Qualifications 8-10 years of experience in managing SAP implementation/upgrade projects. Proven experience with 2-3 full life cycle implementations of SAP GTS. Bachelor’s degree with Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification. Strong project scoping, planning, and design capabilities. Hands-on experience with PMI or advanced project methodologies in SAP projects. Ability to lead executive meetings and communicate project status effectively. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Advanced verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work onsite five days a week. Preferred Experience Familiarity with Global Trade, Sales, and Logistics business processes. Experience with financial reporting and budget assessment for large-scale IT projects. Knowledge of agile methodologies and digital transformation initiatives.
