Description
Join our dynamic team as a Clinical Program Coordinator focusing on neurology patients throughout their care journey. In this role, you will coordinate program development under the guidance of the Director of Quality and the Manager of Quality and Analytics. You will leverage your knowledge of neurology and case management principles to improve patient outcomes and facilitate education for hospital and clinic staff. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in community education and program development to enhance the care of our patients.
Required Qualifications:
Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited educational institution.
Active Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association upon hire.
Minimum of 2 years in an acute care setting.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Nursing or related healthcare field.
CNRN (Certified Neurology RN) or SCRN (Stroke Certified RN) certification upon hire.
Experience in Neuro, ER, or ICU settings.
