Company: Pathways Mentorship Location: 112 S Water St. Suite 102 Henderson NV 89105 Pay: $18.00 hr Account Manager: Natalia Rogers Key Responsibilities: Community Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to build relationships with schools, community organizations, local businesses, and other potential partners to raise awareness about Pathways Mentorship and its services. Recruitment & Outreach: Coordinate and execute outreach initiatives to recruit mentors and mentees from various demographics, ensuring diversity and inclusion within the program. Organize events, informational sessions, and other community-based activities to generate interest. Marketing & Communications: Create and distribute marketing materials, including brochures, social media posts, newsletters, and press releases, to inform the public about mentorship opportunities. Manage online platforms to ensure consistent messaging and visibility. Program Awareness: Host and attend community events, fairs, and networking opportunities to promote Pathways Mentorship, answer questions about the program, and foster relationships with potential mentors, mentees, and community members. Data Tracking & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of outreach efforts, engagement statistics, and recruitment progress. Regularly report on outcomes and suggest improvements to outreach strategies. Collaboration: Work closely with the Program Manager and other team members to align outreach efforts with the goals of Pathways Mentorship. Support the training and onboarding of new mentors as needed. Resource Development: Collaborate in the creation and development of additional resources that support mentor-mentee relationships, such as guides, activities, and handbooks. Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse audiences. Proficiency in social media platforms and digital communication tools. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Requirements: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, for events and community engagements. A passion for youth mentorship, community development, and helping others reach their full potential.
