Role Overview
We are hiring an
ERP Analyst I , an
entry-level role for professionals eager to develop expertise in ERP system configuration, business process analysis, and enterprise software implementation.
As an
ERP Analyst I , you will work closely with
senior consultants, developers, and project managers
to support
ERP implementations, system integrations, and functional testing.
You will gain
real-world experience in finance, procurement, accounting, and supply chain management
while working with industry-leading enterprise platforms.

train you into a well-rounded ERP professional who can analyze business processes, configure ERP systems, and support large-scale digital transformations. Key Responsibilities For Entry-Level Candidates (Recent Graduates & Early-Career Professionals) Assist in
configuring ERP systems (Coupa, D365 F&O, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) to meet client needs. Support
data migration, system integrations, and functional testing . Document
business requirements and ERP system configurations . Work with
senior consultants to optimize finance, procurement, and accounting workflows. Assist in
troubleshooting and resolving ERP system issues . Participate in
client training sessions and help end-users navigate ERP solutions. Maintain
detailed records of ERP configurations, system updates, and best practices. For Candidates with 2+ Years of ERP Experience Lead
small-scale ERP module implementations and configuration updates. Develop
custom reports and dashboards
using Power BI or ERP analytics tools. Conduct
root-cause analysis of system issues and recommend process improvements. Work with IT teams to
enhance ERP security, compliance, and performance optimization. Support
enterprise-wide ERP upgrades, ensuring minimal downtime and data integrity. Provide
functional and technical training

in a fast-paced environment. Experience with
Excel, SQL, or reporting tools (Power BI) is a plus. For Candidates with 2+ Years of Experience: Hands-on experience with
