Or four (4) years of experience with a Bachelors degree.**Functional Responsibility:**The Application Programmer - Level II is responsible for activities such as program design, coding, testing, debugging or documentation, for example:(a) Designing and building web pages using a variety of graphics software applications, techniques, and tools.(b) Designing and developing user interface features, site animation, and special-effects elements. Contributes to the design groups efforts to enhance the look and feel of the organizations online offerings.(c) Designs the website to support the organizations strategies and goals relative to external communications.This individual has technical knowledge and responsibility for all phases of applications systems analysis and programming.Understands the business or function for which application is designed. The Application Programmer Level II may write programs according to specifications, which may be provided by Engineers, technical architects, or other computer scientists.
