Credit Card Program Manager

Work model: Hybrid Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM What you will do: Address inquiries in a call center environment by making or receiving calls to answer questions and resolve processing and cardholder issues Work online to resolve questions and troubleshoot terminal issues Reconcile a merchant statement accurately Work actively to complete the installation of merchant equipment Implement various tracking and reporting systems to monitor merchant activity, document merchant interactions, and inquiries on the network system What you will need to be successful: High school diploma Associate or bachelor's degree is preferred but not required 1+ years of related experience, preferably in a call center or other direct customer response Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Benefits overview: Health, dental, and vision insurance PTO 401k Interested and qualified candidates can contact Kyle Broshar at (515) 225-7000 or email kbroshar@thepalmergroup.com.
