We are seeking a Sector Manager for various Florida Project Management and Construction Management (PMCM) projects. This role reports to the Deputy Practice Leader for PMCM, Americas, requiring 20+ years of relevant experience. The individual will oversee contract execution and contribute to business development. The position is based in Coral Gables, Fort Lauderdale, or Miami, FL, with travel as needed. Responsibilities & Qualifications
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversee all Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), Miami-Dade County, Palm Beach County, and Broward County PMCM projects. Manage staff working on projects within the group. Ensure successful project delivery. Monitor budgets and schedules. Identify project prospects and lead proposal preparations. Participate in proposal presentations. Responsible for the PMCM Practice Area’s sales goals. Partner with Talent Attraction to hire suitable candidates. Develop and mentor staff in PMCM work. Drive safety, quality, and staff development initiatives. Maintain memberships in professional societies. Perform other responsibilities as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field with at least 20 years of experience. P.E., CCM, or AIA license required. Experience with local, state, and federal transportation agencies such as FDOT, Miami-Dade, Palm Beach, Broward, SFWMD, SFRTA, Port Everglades, etc. Familiarity with Project Management Procedures (PMP) and Guidelines (PMG) is a plus. Client-focused with a history of leading diverse teams. Innovative mindset and high integrity. Experience in collaboration within diverse teams and technical excellence. Additional Information
