What you will be doing:
Join a systems modernization and Medicaid IT application enhancement initiative as a Business Analyst supporting Agile-based projects. You'll analyze business needs, refine documentation, guide system enhancement efforts, and support stakeholder alignment across multiple vendor and MES environments. This is a hybrid role requiring strong business systems analysis, collaboration skills, and experience working in Agile or SAFe environments.
What you must have:
4+ years experience in business systems analysis and user needs evaluation 4+ years working in Agile project environments Preferred: 2+ years with Medicaid/CHIP or Texas HHSC systems Preferred: 2+ years in a SAFe (Scaled Agile) environment Skilled in business process reengineering, requirements gathering, ROI analysis, and technical documentation Other Information:
