The Project Controls Analyst will be responsible for the logging and distribution of all relevant project controls documents to the Project team. This position is pivotal in ensuring that projects are executed efficiently and effectively, working closely with engineers, customers, and resource allocation teams. He/she supervises and directs all planning, budgeting, and scheduling activities of the project through the application of diversified controls, systems, principles, and practices. He/she works under direct supervision, gathers and distributes information and will also supervise other administrative personnel related to Project Controls. This role has a starting pay rate of 30/hr. Preparation of proposal schedules with input from estimating, procurement and bid documents Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed Produce and maintain EVM and quantity-based progress curves Develop and maintain project schedules and reports (Weekly and Monthly) Collaborate with the operations group to develop recovery scenarios as required Support the project management team with implementation of change orders and or delays in the schedule and associated cost Lead and coordinate activities with engineering, customers, and resource allocation for Distribution projects in Power Delivery Prepare quarterly project forecasts based on extensive knowledge of the ongoing construction as well as input from other members of the project team Assist in the preparation and negotiation of cost for additional work on the project including tracking Time & Material work Maintain, monitor, and track project budgets, including forecasting and recommending adjustments to the project budget Input and monitor costs and progress. This includes coding and/or reviewing the coding of timesheets, invoices, etc. for accuracy Prepare and/or review monthly billings to Owner We are a company committed to creating inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements Proficient with Microsoft Office Competent in generating pivot tables and pivot charts Experienced in working with Excel formulas to maintain and analyze data tables Detail oriented and strong analytical skills Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Works well independently but able to develop collaborative relationships Minimum three years of related experience in project control or a similar field Knowledge of the Franchise Manual, Distribution Bulletins, and Engineering Handbook/Specifications Experience with Power Delivery design and construction processes is required
