Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sitework Superintendent – Earthwork, UG Utilities & Concrete, located in San Jose, CA. The Sitework Superintendent will oversee daily operations, manage field staff, and ensure the successful execution of earthwork, underground utilities, and concrete tasks on construction sites. Responsibilities include coordinating schedules, monitoring safety compliance, and ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget. Qualifications Experience in Earthwork, Underground Utilities, and Concrete management Proficiency in project scheduling, site supervision, and quality control Strong knowledge of safety regulations and compliance Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to solve problems and make decisions in a fast-paced environment Experience in managing field staff and subcontractors Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience Seniority level
