Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Framing Project Manager to join our construction subcontractor team, specializing in commercial wood framing for multi-family, senior living, and student housing projects. This role will contribute significantly to our projects in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast regions. Responsibilities
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with client objectives. Develop project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. Oversee the execution of design, pre-construction, construction, and potentially operations and maintenance contracts. Conduct site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and provide guidance to construction teams and subcontractors. Serve as the primary point of contact between the client and all project stakeholders, including contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams. Essential Skills
Previous work experience in framing construction. Commercial construction experience. Experience supporting projects valued at $1 million and above. Prior experience as Assistant Project Manager (APM) or Project Manager (PM). Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications. Proficiency in construction software (e.g., Procore, Primavera, MS Office) for project management, scheduling, and documentation. Additional Skills & Qualifications
OSHA 30-Hour Certification. First Aid/CPR Certification. Work Environment
The role requires onsite presence at project sites, with 25% of projects located in the DMV area and 75% down south (GA, FL, NC, SC). Travel accommodations are offered, including a car allowance and gas card. Projects average $7 million. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $57.69 - $84.13/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
