We’re hiring an MEP Manager to lead field execution for a
12-building data center campus
supporting a global tech client. This is a
multi-year, ground-up program
spanning 700 acres—one of the most complex and high-profile MEP builds in the Midwest. You’ll manage install through commissioning across mechanical, electrical, and controls systems, working closely with trade partners, design teams, and the client to deliver mission-critical infrastructure at scale. What You’ll Do Oversee MEP installation, quality control, and trade partner performance Manage chilled water, MV/LV switchgear, UPS, generators, BMS systems Coordinate phased delivery and system sequencing across multiple buildings Lead commissioning efforts with Cx agents, vendors, and owner reps Resolve field issues and drive systems readiness through final turnover What You Bring 5–10+ years of experience managing MEP systems in commercial or mission-critical builds Strong field leadership—this is not a coordination or remote role Proven ability to deliver HVAC, electrical, and controls systems in complex environments Experience with chilled water, BMS, UPS, power distribution, and commissioning Bachelor's in Construction Management or Engineering (preferred) -------- Also hiring in Columbus, Dallas, Atlanta, Ashburn.
