STV . STV is seeking an Assistant Project Manager for the Construction Management Group in Los Angeles, CA. The role involves supporting the districts facilities planning and construction program, providing project coordination, managing records, and performing related duties. Duties Perform complex duties related to facilities planning and construction; support project coordination and management. Prepare and maintain reports, records, and data for planning; communicate effectively in writing and orally. Review and analyze professional services contracts; make recommendations. Assist with fiscal analysis, budgeting, invoicing, and regulatory compliance. Monitor accounts and ensure proper fund expenditure. Analyze enrollment projections, conduct surveys, and review site plans and ADA Transition Plans. Update and maintain district maps, demographic data, and emergency plans. Assist in developing graphical reports, board agenda items, and presentations. Serve as liaison with outside agencies; communicate planning requirements and issues. Research laws, codes, and regulations; perform special projects. Utilize GIS, CADD, and other software; visit sites as needed. Attend meetings, represent the district, and deliver presentations.
Compensation Range
