Mechanical Engineer PE / Project Manager focused on HVAC and Plumbing design. This is a long-term, direct hire opportunity with an award-winning company known for its collaborative environment, career growth, and exciting projects in commercial, healthcare, educational, and municipal markets.
Responsibilities:
Design and engineer mechanical systems (HVAC and plumbing) using
AutoCAD and Revit . Lead and manage projects from design through deliveryensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Create construction documents and technical reports for a wide range of building types, including:
Commercial Offices K12 Schools Municipal Facilities Healthcare Buildings Multifamily Developments
Conduct design reviews, resolve field issues, and collaborate with project stakeholders. Coordinate with cross-functional teams and represent the company in client meetings. Support business development efforts by cultivating relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
in Mechanical Engineering (Master's a plus) Professional Engineer (PE) License
Required Minimum
6 years of experience
in HVAC and/or plumbing design and project management Proficient in
Revit
and
AutoCAD Experience with commercial and institutional building projects Strong communication and team leadership skills Must be a
U.S. Citizen ,
Green Card holder , or
TN Visa holder
