Key Responsibilities - Traveling MEP Manager Lead and coordinate all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing scopes on-site Oversee subcontractor installation, start-up, and commissioning activities Ensure systems are installed to spec, code, and project design standards Review drawings, submittals, and RFIs for MEP accuracy and clash detection Work closely with design teams, field superintendents, and QA/QC Troubleshoot field issues and ensure timely resolution Manage MEP testing, turnover, and final system acceptance Travel to project sites across the region or country, often on rotation MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. A strong candidate has 7+ years of hands-on experience managing MEP systems on large-scale commercial or mission-critical projects. They have deep technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, and a proven ability to lead subcontractors and interface with project teams. They're detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments. Willingness to travel is a must, along with strong communication and leadership skills. What's on Offer
