Operations Associate – Multi-Asset HFT Hedge Fund | Charleston, SC About the Firm: We’re working with a high-frequency trading hedge fund known for its technology-driven strategies and rapid trade execution across global markets. As the firm continues to scale, they’re expanding their operations team to support real-time trading and post-trade workflows across multiple asset classes. Role Overview: This role will support the full trade lifecycle—managing settlement, reconciliation, and data integrity across equities, credit, FX, and derivatives. You’ll collaborate closely with trading, finance, and external counterparties in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage trade capture, affirmation, and settlement across global markets Reconcile cash, positions, and P&L; resolve trade breaks and discrepancies Coordinate with brokers, custodians, and administrators Support margin, collateral, and funding processes Monitor corporate actions and lifecycle events Drive automation and process improvements across operations Qualifications: 3–6 years of experience in operations or middle office at a hedge fund, asset manager, or prime broker Strong understanding of trade workflows and multi-asset operations Familiarity with systems like Enfusion, WSO, Geneva, or Bloomberg Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive If you’re interested in learning more, feel free to reach out directly.
